• Ph. Partassides & Co. Ltd (“PARTASSIDES”), hereinafter called the “Owner” warrants that the instrument called “Articler”   delivered the “Hirer” shall be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. In the event that  Hirer believe sthis not to be the case, must inform the Owner  immediately so that an examination of the Goods may be carried out, and if necessary, any repairs or adjustments made.
• Hirer must take good care of the instrument rented and maintain it in a good condition that would allow PARTASSIDES to re-hire the goods to another customer immediately without any required maintenance.
• Hirer must indemnify PARTASSIDES from any loss or damage.
• Any maintenance, additions, repairs, adjustments or alterations must be carried out by PARTASSIDES technicians after a written consent of the Owner and be paid by the Hirer. The Hirer will not have any right to claim compensation for any such expenses.
• During the duration of this Agreement, the Article remain the property of PARTASSIDES.
• The minimum period of hiring is fixed at 9 months.
• The period of hire is considered as having been automatically renewed after the end of the minimum period of hire, for a further period of six (6) months unless one of the contracting parties, the Owner or the Hire gives to the other, one month’s notice in writing by a registered letter or email informing him/her that he does not want any continuation or renewal of his hire agreement.
• By the end of the hire agreement, if the Hirer want to buy the Article rented, the hire amount of the minimum period of hiring will be then deduct from its value.
• The Hirer undertakes to pay the whole amount of the minimum period of hire at the time of receipt of the instrument or before that be delivered.
• All transport expenses of the instrument from the warehouse of our Company to the house of the Hirer and back from the house of the Hirer to our warehouse are payable by the Hirer.
• Instrument Rental are not available in the areas of the Republic of Cyprus that are not under the effective control of the government of the Republic of Cyprus
