Shooting Stars

Shooting Stars is part of the Easy String Series, a series full of easy pieces by the world’s favourite string writing team, Kathy & Hugh Colledge. These books have been the choice of string teachers for many years now. The pieces help reinforce basic elements of technique, rhythm and fingering patterns ranging from pieces for beginners to intermediate players.
The 21 pieces in Shooting Stars use 2nd, 3rd and 4 th finger notes. New rhythms and compound time are introduced, with varied bowing.
